BING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well guys and gals, yet another way to search has come out. Its called Bing from Microsoft. They say its a better search engine, but come on. Can you really take on Google? I went on to see what the fus was all about and generally, it was ok..... Its attractive first page is an eye popper and attracts people in. It does everything its suppose to do and a little bit more. The only complain I have, is its dam maps search. It doesn't render well and even though its smoother than Google maps, but it does not give as much details (and the infamous, "street view") as google earth does, but it trys. Hell Google even went to space with their Google Sky! But i cannot hate too much on Microsoft. They have always been there from the beginning. Give it 2-3 more years and Bing will most likely be an adversary for alot of search engines out there(cough cough: with their billions of dollars in advertising). I give Bing a 7/10!

How Was Egypt Built?

We all have seen Egypt either with our own eyes or with pictures/vids. Does anyone ever wonder how some of the most breath taking sites were built? We can definitely understand it today with modern technology but how about back then in the old Kingdom, (Dynasties IV-VIII) 2575-2150 B.C. Did they have big machinery? Did they have the technology? Some people speculate that it took 100,000 men over a period of 20 years to construct one pyramid, but HOW? Each block weighs 2 tons to over 70 tons. Ok, lets just say that 100,000 men pulled together at once to place one block that weighs 1 ton. Is that enough strength to pull or push a 1 ton block? Some may say yes, others will say no! Here are some fun facts to consider.

Were humans always as tall as they were in the BCE (Before Common Era)? We all know that that are tall people among us. Some are 6ft, other are as tall as 7'11". Well have anyone heard of people being as tall as 15-18 feet tall? Well how about 25 feet? There were humans that tall back then, archaeologist have found humans remains that reached those heights. Lets say that people were about 18- 20 feet tall back then, could they have been able to build the pyramids? How about 100,000 twenty feet tall humans pulling a 1 ton block? Now that might be a more reasonable explanation then just having regular men doing it.

We all know that back in the days of Egypt people were writing in hieroglyphics. Now in lots of those drawings, they have drawn small people and tall people. In some of them, people holding tigers and alligators in their hands. Some might say that you shouldn't take it literally. That is stands for something. Let's be real! People drew what they saw. They drew to tell a story. They didn't have depth perception problems. If you look at some tablature that were drawn way before Egypt by the Sumerians (first habitants of Earth), they too drew some of the most profound art. In some they have a bird type/mechanical ship coming down to them. In others they too have drawn people that were small in size and next to them, people that were much taller.

Anyways, I have come to the conclusion that people back then could not have been any smaller than 13-16 feet tall to be able to construct the pyramids by hand. I say its improbable! If you think otherwise, then that's fine too. Come up with your own theory of what could have happened and share with me/us.

Nibiru: Real or Fiction?

Ok, there has been alot of talk about this Planet X called Nibiru. People state that on this celestial body there is an advanced human-like race called, the Anunnaki. Many people on the web along with some publishers state that this celestrial body has a long eliptical orbit of 3630 years and it just goes past the Kuiper belt. These people also say that this celestial body is going to come around again in the year 2012 which will cause a massive pole shift on Earth. This will cause lots of tornados, volcanic erruption, plate tectonics and just kill everyone on the surface.

Here's in insight to the man who, with his work and studies, made this so called planet come to our eyes and ears. He is a renowned historian, Hebrew scholar, author, speaker and archaeologist Zecharia Sitchin. Sitchin was born in Baku, Azerbaijan, and was raised in Palestine. He acquired some knowledge of modern and ancient Hebrew, other Semitic and European languages, the Old Testament, and the history and archeology of the Near East.

Now here's the kicker to this celestial body. Sitchen came up with his own time when this planet will come to pass in our solar system. His prediction was in the year 2085, not 2012!!!!

I've also asked my astronomy professor, if such a catastrophy would come to happen to Earth in the year 2012. His answer-> NO! If anything will happen it will be the spectacular event which will come to pass our planet Earth twice. This is the asteroid called apophis. It will be visible to the naked eye in the year 2029 and then later which is thought to be a more dangerous pass, 2036.

Here is my prediction: Nothing will happen to the Earth in the year 2012 by any outside force! Maybe it will be an Internet thing, like WWIII? LOL, ok maybe not! But its a more reasonable thought than another planet coming and destroying things. Than again, I would start to worry when 2085 comes.

Do the research for yourselves and come up with your own theories. Start researching words like Nibiru, Planet X, Gliese 581, Zecharia Sitchin, Anunnaki and Sumerians.

WolframAlpha

Well its finally here, a new way to search!
WolframAlpha is not just any type of search engines, it actually can help you problem solve. At first it can seem to be frustrating searching for things, but after 5-8mins (depending how internet savoy you are) it becomes a wonderful tool to use. If your looking to search for things like, "Dog bites his own tail" or something to entertain you, then I would suggest going to Youtube.com or Digg.com. WolframAlpha provides problem solving and specific details. For example, if you have a mean Calculus teacher and she asks you to integrate x^3Sin(3x), well just type that into the search engine and wolla! WolframAlpha will give you several solutions of integration of that function. Watch out Cramster, because WolframAlpha is free! So if you have several minutes to try out the new search engine, then go to WolframAlpha.com and start searching!
